Shipping Policy
- Free shipping for orders over $100 before taxes within the United States. All other orders incurr a flat shipping fee of $9.95 for order under $50 and $5.95 for order under $100.
- All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order.
- Orders delivered within the contiguous United States will be shipped primarily via the United States Parcel Service (USPS) as Priority Mail (3 to 7 business days for most locations). Some restrictions apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- You will be notified via email when your item(s) are processed, packaged and shipped. A tracking number will be provided for your convienence when available.
- We require confirmation receipt on all items upon delivery.
- All eligible exchanges are shipped free of charge.
- As deemed appropriate, we could use other shipping methods to deliver your orders.
- International orders will incur additional shipping charge available during checkout. International option has to be selected at checkout. International Orders will take longer to deliver. Estimated time of delivery will be provided via email.
- Given our flat rate shipping policy, any request to expedite shipping must be request via email at customerservice@grandeurgreen.com.
Shipping Direct from Manufacturer:
- Some of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers.
- Direct Ship products will use USPS, Fedx or USPS as the standard shipping method.
- Products shipped directly from the manufacturer might have different delivery lead times. The estimated delivery time will be communicated via email.
International Shipments:
- Please note that we might not be able to fulfill every international order. We will work with our partners, suppliers, and manufacturers to fulfill every order. If we can't fulfill the order, you will be notified and you will be credited the charged amount. We apologize ahead of time if we are unable to fulfill your order.
