Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Grandeur Green.  Our goal is to ensure that you never have to return an item.  In the unfortunate event of having to return or exchange an item, here is how we manage it.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do every effort to satisfy your needs. 
  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. 
  • All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original packaging to qualify for an exchange or store credit.  We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if it looks worn, washed or used.
  • All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.
  • When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will exchange the product as requested (while in stock) and ship it free of charge.
  • If no exchange is requested or available, we will only issue a store credit for the total amount of the merchandise returned.  An equivalent Reward Points will be added to your account.  Check out our Reward Points Program for details.
  • Shipping fees will not be credited. 
  • All products on SALE can not be returned but defective products can be exchanged.
  • Contact us and provide us the reason for the return and someone will contact your within 2 to 3 business days.  Once a return or exchange is approved, instructions will be provided to expedite your request.

Free Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return or exchange a product, however we will ship your exchange product free of charge if approved.  All returned items must qualify for an exchange or store credit – refer to our return & exchange policy.

Store Credit ONLY and No Restocking Fee for Qualified Returns
Products may be returned for store credit only. No refunds will be issued and no restocking fee will be charged.  Personal information you provide will be used to process payments for orders and shipping products.

Deadline for Returns or Exchanges:
No returns or exchanges are permitted after 14 days of original receipt.

Products Directly Shipped from Manufacturers:
The same return and exchange policies apply to all products shipped directly from the manufacturers.  Additional requirements may apply before approving the return or exchange.  It is important that you contact us immediately.
