Do you Offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, we do. At Grandeur Green, we are proud of our hard work to give you a pleasant shopping experience and a great selection of products. We want to give you the opportunity to share this with your friends and family members. You can purchase them the same way your purchase other products.
How do I purchase the gift certificate?
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using our standard payment methods. Once purchased a unique code is issued for the gift certificate. You can choose to send the gift electronically with your personalized note or ship our unique gift certificate to your address or any address you choose via postal mail. We provide our unique gift certificate in damnations of $25, $50, $75 or $100.
How do you ship the gift certificate?
Normally, we would ship you the gift certificates which are uniquely designed to your address or any address you specify via postal mail. We use the same shipping methods in which we ship our products. As our gift to you, all gift certificates are shipped free of charge within the United States. In addition, your purchase will earn you Reward Points.
We could also provide you with a unique electronic code for your gift certificate via email which can be sent to any email address you specify. You could send it directly to the recipient with your personalized note. You could also send it to yourself so you could personally deliver the certificate.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
During the checkout after you shop at Grandeur Green, you will have the option to enter the gift certificate code to redeem its value. You can use a portion of the gift certificate and save the balance for future purchases or use the entire value. Remember that gift certificates will expire after 6 months from the date they are purchased.
I am having difficulty with my gift certificate, what do I do?

How do I Return or Exchange a product?
We will do our best to help our customers. Please contact us click here and provide the details about your purchase and reason for return or exchange. Someone will contact you within 2 to 3 business days. Once a return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with the instructions to expedite your return or exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
To deliver convenience to our customers, Grandeur Green accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept payments through PayPal (you do not need an account with PayPal to complete your purchase). These options will be available to you during your checkout.
